Who’s excited for the Australian Open?

Ridiculous question, I know everybody is very pumped. Although some think of it as the “forgotten major”  because it is located so far across the world, the Australian Open is the first major of the season and the first big test.

Played in Melbourne, Australia, the Australian Open ushers in a new tennis season and gives us all reason to get very excited as we move forward.  (Although the gap between it and the French Open is tough.)

Regardless, it’s the first big test of the season.  In recent years, it has been dominated by Novak Djokovic, as he has won a total of five titles here, which accounts for half of the crowns he has picked up at Grand Slam events.

What is going to happen this year? I don’t know but I’m very excited to find out.

With that being said, let’s not waste any more time in getting underway with our analysis.

First of all, let’s take a look at the top ten contenders on the men’s side.
