Eugenie Bouchard took to the town for Halloween 2017. The Canadian tennis star wore a throwback Baywatch costume for the night.

Eugenie Bouchard wore a throwback Baywatch costume for Halloween 2017.

The 23-year-old Canadian tennis player is the current world No. 81 in women’s singles tennis. With her year coming to a close, Bouchard took time to enjoy Halloween with friends who also rounded out the Baywatch theme for the night.

Bouchard made headlines in 2014 when she reached the world No. 5 ranking on the WTA Tour. She became a household name in the sport and remains a fan favorite.

The Halloween night celebration comes just at the conclusion of the 2017 WTA Tour. Bouchard last played at the Luxembourg Open. She dropped her meeting with Johanna Larsson in three sets.

Eugenie Bouchard saw a strong run at the 2017 Madrid Open.

The young Canadian topped Russian superstar Maria Sharapova and then top seeded Angelique Kerber in Madrid. Ultimately, she fell to eighth seed Svetlana Kuznetsova in the quarterfinals. The tournament, however, was a highlight on the year for Eugenie Bouchard. The 2017 WTA Tour has seen Bouchard adding a coach and making waves both on and off the court. Despite losing ground to several other young up and comers in women’s singles tennis, Bouchard still has plenty of time to rebound on tour.
