Federer is without a doubt comfortable at Melbourne Park. His sixth title at the Australian Open matches Novak Djokovic’s six. While Djokovic fell to Hyeon Chung this month, he too had a strong run given his recent injuries. Djokovic is testing the waters with his right elbow injury, playing for just the first time since Wimbledon of last year.

Congratulations to Roger Federer on his 20th Grand Slam win!

The Australian Open played host to yet another historic event. On the women’s side too, Caroline Wozniacki claimed her maiden Grand Slam title, defeating Simona Halep in the finals. Both players were the top two seeds in women’s singles at the event. Wozniacki also becomes the new world No. 1 on the WTA Tour with her win at the Australian Open.
