Her young career has seen her go up against some of the best in women’s singles tennis. While she still has a ways to go before she’s a favorite against the likes of Maria Sharapova, Petra Kvitova, or even her younger peers such as Osaka or Ashleigh Barty, Kenin is getting better day by day. Earlier this year, she even put on a clinic at the 2018 Miami Open where she defeated Daria Kasatkina in the round of 64. Kenin would lose to Kvitova in the next round but her success at the event was well-deserved.
