Canadian tennis player Eugenie Bouchard is gearing up for action at the 2018 Rogers Cup. She was on the courts prior to the action working up quite a sweat. Wringing out her shirt post-practice, Bouchard took to social media to joke about having a “sweat” version of a wet t-shirt contest. Here’s Genie wringing out the shirt post-practice in Montreal.

The defending champion at this year’s Rogers Cup is Elina Svitolina. In 2017, the Ukrainian tennis star took down Caroline Wozniacki in straight sets for the title. Winning 6–4, 6–0, Svitolina roared to victory. She is one of the hottest rising stars on the WTA Tour right now. Players such as Bouchard, despite seeing success earlier in her career, are going up against the likes of Svitolina, Wozniacki, and others like French Open champion Simona Halep or Wimbledon winner Angelique Kerber.
