Kevin Anderson Rallies, Keeps Team World Alive at the 2018 Laver Cup

Kevin Anderson rises to the occasion, defeating recent Wimbledon and US Open champion Novak Djokovic in their singles meeting at the Laver Cup.
South African tennis veteran Kevin Anderson puts on a display of tennis that Team World was looking for at the 2018 Laver Cup. Entering Day 2 down 1-3, Team World was in need of some wins. They didn’t get those wins in each of their first two matches. Alexander Zverev defeats John Isner and Roger Federer takes down Nick Kyrgios. Up next was Anderson and Novak Djokovic.
it is Anderson who comes away with the much needed victory for Team World.

After his singles match win over the current Wimbledon and US Open champion, Team Europe leads the 2018 Laver Cup 7-3.
With a doubles match left to go on Day 2 between Grigor Dimitrov and David Goffin versus Nick Kyrgios and Jack Sock, Team World could narrow the gap heading into the final day of tennis.
Team Europe got the hot start after Day 1 at the 2018 Laver Cup. They entered Day 2 with a commanding 3-1 lead, but South African tennis star Kevin Anderson manages to give his team a shot at a comeback before heading into the final day of action in Chicago.
With just one doubles match remaining on Day 2 at the Laver Cup, Kevin Anderson has set his team up for a chance to overtake Team Europe on Day 3. Anything can happen when the best in men’s singles go up against one another. While action on the ATP World Tour rages on elsewhere, some of tennis’ best are squaring off in Chicago for the second edition of the Laver Cup.
