The second ATP Next Gen Finals are due to start in Milan this week with some familiar faces returning and some new ones stepping up.

As with last year, the tournament uses innovative rules to try to attract new fans to the sport. These include the first to four games, best of five sets format. Also no ad scoring and no lets played on serve. Also the use of a shot clock which has been introduced in some other tournaments this year and allowed coaching.

Seven players who are 21 or under have qualified with one Italian wildcard making up the draw. They are split into two groups of four with the top two from each making it to the semi-finals. We will take a closer look at each player and how they have made it to the finals this year.
