Turn It Up

While silence during points is a unique and amazing feature of the sport, in and around the grounds of tournaments it’s time to turn up the volume and not just be seen as a sleepy sport of crosscourt backhands.

There is a reason the Australian Open is a favorite amongst fans and players alike – the atmosphere around the grounds is booming, akin to the Davis Cup. Fans can be soaking in the summer sunshine watching the games finest players, all to be followed by off-court entertainment in the form of the ‘AO Live Stage’, which features some of the top music artists from around the world. It almost has a music festival vibe that attracts more than just die-hard tennis fans.

This is not to say that every event needs to have a DJ, but the sport is a positive distraction from everyday life for many people, and so when they are attending an event like tennis, it’s important to let people unwind and have fun. Create an atmosphere of fun & respect, and you will be on to a winner.
