The controlled way in which he dismantled Andy Murray in the semi finals was inspirational and alone makes him a deserving recipient for the Best Male award.</p>
<p>After that serving performance, where he only faced (and saved) one break point all match, those who might have doubted he’ll ever win another Grand Slam probably paused for thought.</p>
