US Open 2024: How to watch and stream no matter where you live
By Lee Vowell
Coco Gauff won the 2023 US Open at age 19 and played a blend of tennis few players can emulate. She was seemingly able to run down everything on the court no matter how hard an opponent hit the ball. It was miraculous tennis. The victory turned Gauff into a household name in the United States.
The men's winner was Novak Djokovic. With his win, he took home his 24th Grand Slam title, re-setting the all-time high in men's tennis which he also previously held. Surprisingly, though, last year's US Open victory was the most recent major win for the Serb. Still, he will be among the favorites to win in 2024, of course.
Gauff has not been playing well lately, but will still be considered a favorite. Her biggest challenger might be WTA No. 2 Aryna Sabalenka who Gauff beat in last year's final. For Djokovic, his toughest competition will probably be Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner. You might want to know how you can watch the tournament unfold because there are going to be can't-miss matches.
How to watch and stream the 2024 US Open
If you live in the United States, South or Central America, you can catch the action from the first round to the finals on ESPN and its affiliates. Not only can you watch on TV on ESPN, ESPN2, ESPN3, and so on, but the ESPN app will also be your place to stream the tournament. Nice and easy.
Australia also makes it easy for its large population of tennis fans. Aussies can watch and stream on Nine.
Things get complicated in many other places, though. If you live in Europe, you might want to double-check which country you live in and then find your broadcaster. Here is a list of which broadcasters and streamers are carrying the US Open globally.
