On Instagram, Bouchard is always making headlines. The Canadian tennis star shares her time both on and off the courts with fans. She also has plenty of family members, such as sister Beatrice, who have their own fandom when it comes to social media. In 2014, Bouchard reached the finals at Wimbledon, losing to Petra Kvitova. The Czech tennis star would win her second career Wimbledon singles title that year, defeating Genie 6–3, 6–0. Kvitova has made quite the resurgence recently on the tour. The 2014 WTA Tour was, however, spectacular for the Canadian Bouchard. She reached two Grand Slam semifinals before advancing to the finals in London. That year, Genie would go as high as the world number five position in women’s singles tennis.
