Nick Kyrgios is training but is he ready for the 2019 ATP Tour?

Australian tennis star Nick Kyrgios is among the best rising ATP tennis players in the sport. Is he ready for the 2019 ATP Tour?

Nick Kyrgios took to social media this past week to show himself getting a cycling workout in. Here’s a look at the post via his Instagram account. The young Australian is one of the sport’s best young players in men’s singles tennis.

But the debate with Kyrgios, as always, is whether or not he has what it takes to compete with the very best on the ATP Tour. Can he win the big tournaments?

It really doesn’t matter if you’re a fan of Kyrgios or not. The young Australian has proven that he has what it takes to hang with the best in the sport. Kyrgios is among the best young ATP stars today. Love him or hate him, that is just the way it is. Kyrgios is a top player.

Nick Kyrgios is someone to watch in 2019.

He has reached the quarterfinals at the Australian Open before, back in 2015, and could be someone to watch at the upcoming Grand Slam.

In 2019, Novak Djokovic will be the player to beat. While Roger Federer is the defending champion at Melbourne Park, Djokovic is surging right now. Kyrgios will need to be at his very best if he hopes to compete with the likes of Nole and Federer. Both Serena Williams and Federer topped the Fandom 250 rankings. The veterans are proven icons of the sport. Kyrgios has a lot of time ahead of him. Previously, the Australian has fared well in the early months of the ATP Tour though. Last year, he took a title in men’s singles at Brisbane.

Last year at the Australian Open, Federer took the title in men’s singles and Caroline Wozniacki won on the women’s singles side. It was Wozniacki’s first career Grand Slam singles title.
